About me!

My name is Hanieh Molana. I'm a ceramic sculptor based in Sacramento, CA. I love working with clay and creating something unexpected every week. I'm drawn to imperfections and like to highlight them in my work; there is something honest and real about pieces that feel a little off. They have a character and tell their own story.

I’m also a geography college professor and most of my work deals with geopolitics of the Middle East. You might also find traces of my research and passion for geography in my artworks. Thank you so much for being here, following my page, and sharing my work. I'm truly grateful for your support!
